As the season is underway, the High School Baseball team seeks to repeat their success from last season, reaching the District III Playoffs. The team is led by Senior Mason LaBuda, Juniors Chance Flor and Josh Snyder, being coached by Tom Herr, a second year coach looking to make his impact early. Returning from last year, they boast several standout players in their conference. Chance was named 1st Team All-Conference, Landon McMahon 1st Team All-Conference, and Mason with 2nd Team All-Conference. With many games being played already they stand at 3-2 with a notable win over Waynesboro 19-7. Their next home division game will take place Monday on 4/7, at 4:30.
