This past Thursday, Senior, Molly Kimmel celebrated scoring a total of 1,000 points in her high school career at Boiling Springs. Girl’s Basketball played against Steel High at Dieter Court on the 16th, picking up a big win along with Molly’s milestone. Kimmel leads the team in points (263), rebounds (166), steals (81), and assists (51, tied w/ Sophomore, Brownawell). These statistics led Molly to 9 Double-doubles so far this year, and to also leading the entire Mid Penn Conference in steals as of January 19th. These great performances not only from Molly Kimmel, but also the team’s young supporting cast has resulted in a 14-1 record so far. Good enough for 2nd in the conference behind Trinity. Girls Basketball plays Camphill home tonight, January 22nd, at 6:00 P.M.
