After a contested season, Boiling Springs Volleyball placed themselves into the 14 team playoff this last Wednesday with a 10-6 record. Down the stretch the girls went 5-1, including a needed away victory against a 12th seeded Bishop McDevitt. The team’s success can be determined by their experienced core and starters, with the majority being seniors or juniors that have played together since freshman year. Seniors specifically are headlined by Kaitlyn Fassl, Ally Sanders, Callie McCann, Brenna Eckert, Mya Gillian and Gabrielle Vonstein. Juniors Lydia Mowers, Cara Carothers, and Evelyn Wiedenmayer have been key players. The team will head to #3 Seed Middletown on Tuesday, October 22nd, as they continue their quest for a District III Championship!
