2025 Track & Field Season Preview

The Boiling Springs Track & Field Team have started the 2025 season well, already competing against three conference opponents: Shippensburg, Gettysburg, and Waynesboro. All three meets have ended in close loses for both boys and girls teams, having to compare against the top teams in the conference.
Track
Boiling Spring’s long distance team have continued their strength under Coach Mullins, with stand out runners like Baxter Purdy, Marcus Becker, Ellie Chamberlain, Katie Straub, Chloe Joslyn and Amanda Delevan returning from Cross Country. Coach Brouse’s sprinters also are having a good season with returners like with Jordan Butler, Rocco Salviano, Katie Pabis and Tess Hughes stepping into important roles. Lanoue’s hurdlers have also kept their streak of success along with long distance, having the talents of Molly Kimmel, Kate Hovis, Milo Gibble, and Ryan Heller returning from last season.
Field
Coach Boyle and Coach Mullin have a variety of throwers returning from season last year, even with the loaded 2024 class leaving for college. Ellie Shoemaker, Miley Rivera, Ethan Noll, Ian Longenburger, Brenna Jones, and David Baker have additionally stepped into leading spots for the team. Head Coach Boyle leads the jumping cast, including high jump, long jump, and triple jump. Lexi Boyle, Molly Kimmel, Kate Hovis, Ryan Heller, Rocco Salviano and Marcus Becker have continued to lead the way for the jumpers. Finally pole vault’s small team makes up in their quality, with returning vaulters of Sawyer Young, Josh Plante, Dylan Patula, and Leah Tynan.
